Forensic Disability Support
Our Hope Ability forensic disability support team provides expert assistance to people with intellectual disabilities involved with the criminal justice system.
We work closely with individuals, their families, and key stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and collaborative support is provided. Hope Ability have strong working relationships with the National Disability Insurance Scheme Justice Liaison Team, Northern Territory Government Correctional Services, Northern Territory mental health services, adult guardians and regional advocacy groups.
Through our range of tailored services and resources, we offer wrap-around support to simplify the arrangement of parole requirements and ensure ongoing contact with correctional services upon release.
